LOGITRON AI
Logitronic analysis

Diagnostic service

See how meaning moves through your company — and where it breaks.

LOGITRON Analytics measures what usually stays invisible: how clearly your messages land, how fast information travels and whether your decisions are as balanced as they look.

It is built on logitronics — an engineering theory of meaning that treats opinions and narratives as a measurable field, the way physics treats temperature or voltage. It also shows who is ready to support a change and whether your team has enough variety for what comes next. The result is a short report with a few numbers your leadership can act on, run by our founders on your data: a diagnostic service, not a software product.

Why it matters

Most failures are not technical. They are failures of meaning.

“We announced the strategy, but nothing changed.”

The message allows too many interpretations. Every department heard something different and acted on it.

“We explained it three times. People still resist.”

The message was aimed at the wrong audience — people too far from the idea to move, instead of those ready to carry it.

“News reaches the front line weeks late, or distorted.”

Information flows through a few overloaded people, and the network slows or bends it.

“We scored every option on ten criteria.”

One criterion has quietly taken over the decision. The other nine are decoration.

“Our team is strong, but it keeps failing on new problems.”

Years of hiring “people like us” have left the team with too little variety to handle new situations.

Five measurements, one report

What LOGITRON Analytics shows you

01

Message clarity

How many different ways will people read this message?

How we measure
We collect short free-text interpretations of a strategy, policy, announcement or campaign and measure their spread — the semantic entropy of the message. The lower it is, the more of your intended effect actually arrives.
What you get
A clarity score for each key message, the specific phrases that create ambiguity, and a rewritten version tested before launch.
02

Audience readiness map

Who is ready to accept the change, and who will not move whatever you say?

How we measure
We measure where each group stands on an idea and how responsive it is to new arguments. The most movable people are usually not the loudest supporters or opponents, but those in the middle.
What you get
A map of groups by position and responsiveness, and a plan for whom to address first, with which message.
03

Information-flow map

How fast does information really spread through your company, and through whom?

How we measure
We model your communication network from aggregated metadata (who talks to whom, how often — never message content without your consent) and calculate how quickly and evenly ideas diffuse.
What you get
Bottlenecks, isolated teams, key connectors, and the expected time for a message to reach everyone.
04

Decision σ-test

Is this multi-criteria decision really balanced — or is one factor deciding everything?

How we measure
We run a spectral analysis of the decision matrix (criteria × options) for strategic choices, investments, project portfolios or hiring. When the dominant axis outweighs the next one by more than the golden ratio, the decision is in a “σ-crisis”: it is a single-criterion decision in disguise.
What you get
A balanced / transition / crisis verdict for each decision, the criterion that has taken over, and how to restore real choice.
05

Team variety index

Does your team have enough variety to handle the problems it will face?

How we measure
Based on Ashby’s Law of Requisite Variety: a team can only control situations as diverse as its own competences. We analyse the competence matrix of a team or management layer and measure its effective dimensionality.
What you get
A variety score, early warning of “clone teams” and hiring-by-similarity drift, and the competence profiles your next hires should bring.

Delivered as a report

A few numbers, the reasons behind them, a clear next step

Our founders run it on your data. An express diagnostic covers one team or one key decision in two weeks.

How it works

From data to decisions in four steps

  1. 01Collect

Short pulse surveys, free-text interpretations, aggregated communication metadata, decision and competence matrices. Most data takes your team less than 15 minutes per person.

  2. 02Measure

We calculate the logitronic indicators using the open, reproducible mathematics published in Logitronics: Foundations of an Engineering.

  3. 03Diagnose

You receive a report: where meaning is lost, where decisions are distorted, where the team lacks variety.

  4. 04Act

We turn the findings into actions — rewritten messages, targeted communication, rebalanced decisions, hiring profiles — and, where it pays off, automate them with AI.

Use cases

Where logitronic analysis pays off

SituationHow LOGITRON Analytics helps
Strategy rollout and change managementTest the clarity of the strategy before it goes out, find who will carry it, and track adoption over time.
Internal communicationsMeasure whether announcements are understood the same way across departments and countries.
Marketing and campaignsPre-test campaign messages for ambiguity and find the audience segments most ready to respond.
Strategic and investment decisionsRun the σ-test on project portfolios, investment committees and vendor selections.
Hiring and team designCheck the variety of a management team before scaling and build hiring profiles that close the gaps.
AI rolloutFind out how people actually understand the AI initiative — and where resistance comes from — before launching agents and automation.

The science behind it

Built on published mathematics, not on a black box

Logitronics continues the work of Claude Shannon, Norbert Wiener and W. Ross Ashby. It describes a person’s position on an idea as a measurable potential, and the spread of narratives with the same equations engineers use for heat and electrical fields. That lets us apply proven engineering tools — impedance matching, susceptibility, spectral analysis — to communication and decision-making.

The full theory and its theorems are published in Logitronics: Foundations of an Engineering by Khristina Stetska and Viktor Kompaneyets. Every number in your report can be traced back to a formula you can check.
